Special Allocation Schemes were created to ensure that patients who have been removed from a practice patient list can continue to access healthcare services at an alternative, specific GP Practice.
Our aim at Compass Medical Practice is to support your journey back to receiving primary care services from general practice. We do this by providing a nurturing, supportive environment that promotes health and wellbeing for our patients.
The Compass Medical Practice is unique in the sense that we source premises, for clinical appointments, close to your home. We also have the mobile clinic, a bespoke clinical unit for face-to-face appointments located within easy reach of your home or at a location arranged with you.
Access to the Compass Medical Practice is by referral only. You cannot self-refer to join the service.
